What I liked most was that the seminar did not waste time. Every minute was useful and full of real experience. Andy’s calm teaching style made complicated ideas feel easy. I feel like I learned from someone who truly wants students to succeed. The part about finding properties the right way saved me from mistakes I was about to make.

I always thought finding money for deals would be the hardest part, but Andy made it clear and stress free. He explained multiple funding paths and how to choose the right one for each type of deal. I have never seen it explained this simply anywhere. The flipping and holding strategies were also very helpful. This training is worth much more than the price.
