‌First, you need to set up your Fortune Launcher so that it is ready to use. Everyone works through educational materials differently. Some of you may wish to print out hardcopies of workbooks, scripts, flyers, amendments, etc.

Getting Started
We recommend working through the Regular Riches Fortune Launcher courses in the following order:

• Start off by listening to all the audio segments. There are 3 audio segments in cours-es 1-3, then review the two audio Segments in the Five Steps to Foreclosure Fortunes, followed by the single segments in Money Talks, Approaching Banks and REO Agents, and Handling Lease/Purchase Prospects. Lastly, listen to Advanced Investor Strategies.
• Spend some quality time in front of your computer and review all the forms. letters, legal agreements, and databases in courses 1-3 and the Five Steps to Foreclosure Fortunes. Review the written scripts in Approaching Banks and REO Agents, and Handling Lease/Purchase Prospects, then familiarize yourself with all the tips within the Insider Secrets Documents. Consider listening to all audio segments one more time. Watch the webinar included in the Five Steps to Foreclosure Fortunes. This webinar details how to get the REO leads before the foreclosure sale.
• Next familiarize yourself with the Buy Low Calculator and read the explanation of this software tool in Workbook #2. Look at all fields, and read the explanations given for the calculations. This is an essential tool for your pricing calculations, and it is imperative that you understand this tool and the critical role this software will have in all your real estate pricing analysis and offer preparations. In the Leap Into Prosperity online bootcamp there is a full day seminar where Andy walks students through 6 examples as Andy spends close to two hours explaining how investors should use the Buy Low Calculator. Finally, our book “Buy Even Lower” can be purchased on Amazon and this book details the math and basis behind the “Buy Low Calculator” software.
• In sequential order, go through all audio segments in courses 1-3 again, this time while filling out the workbooks. Fill out Workbook #1 as you set up your real estate business, Workbook #2 as you pursue your first or next Bank-Owned Purchase, and Workbook #3 as you do your first Lease/Purchase.
• Even if you are an experienced investor, we highly recommend filling out Workbook #1. Your business structure and real estate team may already be set up, yet you may find some of our strategies to be different than yours and worth incorporating into your business.
• We do recommend that 2-3 months after beginning your efforts to buy properties to AGAIN listen to all audio Segments and review all course material. You will find additional value in much of the audio and intellectual property in the Fortune Launcher AFTER you have begun your efforts. The value of many of the suggestions, documents, tips, forms, and case studies within the Fortune Launcher courses may be understood much better once you have some experience looking for, buying, and lease/purchasing real estate.

Investing Like Rich People

We recommend printing all of the slides and using them as your workbook for this product. There will be action items for students to follow up with in investor’s respective markets, and some slides represent action items that will require follow up. Students may find the information from the expert contributors within this product is conveyed at times at a fast pace, so reviewing this product 2-3 times all while taking notes is highly recommended. Additionally, some of the changes to the Regular Riches model over the years and some essential tips for optimizing investing during down-cycles are laid out in “Investing Like Rich People”. Watching this product multiple times should ensure all students capture and make note of these strategies and tips.

Leap Into Prosperity Bootcamp

This virtual bootcamp allows today’s new Regular Riches students to attend a past bootcamp from the comfort of their home. Included are expert presenters, follow along on an REO bus tour, and take a full day seminar with Andy all while kicking back and relaxed at home.

The format of these episodes had Andy interviewing a guest expert sharing a topic of special interest, followed by fielding questions from Regular Riches students throughout North America. It is highly likely any question that you might have is answered at some point by Andy on one of these shows.

Wholesaling Course

Even if Wholesaling is not your preferred strategy, at minimum we recommend listening to the audio segments in this product. At some point even the buy and hold investor may find himself or herself in a position to wholesale some properties, and the guidance from this product can be key to managing successful wholesale transactions.

For the true wholesaler, this course should be approached just like the products within the Fortune Launcher. Print all written materials, listen to the audio segments multiple times while taking notes, and finally carefully review all the written documentation included within this course. As the written documents are discussed in the audio, we also recommend printing out the written documents for note taking. Once reviewed, it may be helpful to purchase a binder and organize the written notes together with the varied documents that will be used managing your wholesaling business.
